In the case of Frederick pink vs. Richard Francis et the court has ordered that the defendant show cause on Saturday, Deo. 1883, why an attachment should not issue against him, and that he punished for contempt of the authority of this court. It is alleged that the defendant has constantly disobeyed the injunction issued herein, restraining him from piloting vessels through the jetties.
