died Tuesday in his home. He was the husband of Harriet M. (Smith) Lantz. Lantz was a meat cutter at Kehm's Market. Bowers, for many years.

Born in Topton. he was a son of the late George L. and Mary E. (Rhodes) Lantz. Catherine W.

Kaufman, restaurant owner Mrs. Catherine W. Kaufman. 62, of Pennsburg R.l. died Monday in her home.

She was the widow of John L. Kaufman. Mrs. Kaufman owned and operated the Kaufman House, a country restaurant in Sumneytown, for the past 22 years. Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of Mrs.

Catherine (Linton) Wilkinson Fink, with whom she resided, and the late Thomas Wilkinson. Surviving with her mother are a stepson. John G. Kaufman of Nor-ristown. and two stepgrandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the Mann Funeral Home. 222 Washington East Greenville. Calling hours will be 7-9 p.m. Thursday.

Edward D. Wolverton Edward D. Wolverton. 81, of 304 Holt St. Easton, was found dead Sunday in his home.

Northampton County Coroner Joseph F. Reichel attributed death to natural causes. Wolverton was the husband of Melba Kuper) Buss Wolverton. He retired in 1956 from the former Lehigh Valley Railroad where he was a machinist. Born in Pattenburg, N.J..

he was a son of the late DeWitt and Elizabeth A. Wolverton. Wolverton was an Army veteran of World War I. Surviving with his widow are a stepson. Roy L.

Buss of Saylorsburg. and a stepgfandchild. Graveside services will be at 1 :30 p.m. today in Fairmount Cemetery. Phillipsburg.

Mountain Read, Allentown, died Tuesday in her home. She was the widow of Paul R. Winkler. Mrs. Winkler was an apartment building superintendent in the Bronx many years ago.

Born in New York City, she was a daughter of the late John and Anna Wimmer) Welle. She was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church. Allentown. Surviving are a son.

Allentown. Auman served with the Rainbow Division of the Army during World War I. Surviving with his brother are a daughter Patricia, wife of Joseph Mclaughlin, with whom he resided: a son William H. of South Whitehall Township: a sister Dorothy, wife of Howard Lewis of Reading, and six grandchildren. Wednesday. Robert L. Clader Robert Clader, 67, of 217 Second Catasauqua, died Tuesday in Muhlenberg Medical Center. He was the husband of the late Florence A. (Geiger) Clader.

Clader worked for Bethlehem Steel Corp. for 30 years before retiring in 1966 as an assistant roller. Born in Coplay. he was a son of the late John W. and Ida Rebecca i Fenstermaker Clader.

He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Catasauqua. Clader briefly served as judge of election in Catasauqua's 1st Ward in 1954. Surviving are a daughter. Rita Ann Stottlemyer of Salisbury Township; two brothers, John W.

and Harry and a sister. Bessie wife of Fred Smith, all of Allentown. and four grandchildren. Services at 9 a.m. Friday in the John H.
