(AP Wirephoto) Bank Is Suing Bilked People BALTIMORE (AP) Union Trust Co. is suing an undisclosed number of Marylanderes who have refused to repay money they borrowed to invest in two companies that suddenly shut down and left town.

The Baltimore bank's decision comes at a time when a New Jersey bank is moving the about 30 persons who invested in nullify the loans it made, to a similar company in that state.
