Jean Twilley, one of two owners, said a new television station scheduled to start broadcasting May 1 has bought the building her restaurant is renting and has evicted her. Mrs.

Twilley said because of the large investment she and the other owner, Eloise Nelson, made when the restaurant was opened two years ago, she can't afford to relocate downtown or any other place in the city. An auction will be held to sell the restaurant's kitchen equipment and furnishings, she said.
