POOL PLACE Another big program of aquatic events is scheduled for this afternoon. There" are to be races for men, women, boys and girls as well as novelty events which always evoke great merriment. Interest in' these programs is increasing with each Saturday and indications point to a strenuous contest before the season's close for the handsome silver loving cup that is to be presented to the person winning the greatest number of points. Prizes are also awarded the winners of the weekly events. The warm, weather of the week has made this the biggest week in the historyof the beach.

Each afternoon found great swarms of bathers enjoying the cooling waters and there was no diminuation of the crowds from morning until the closing time at 10 o'clock at night. Many persons are making the pool the object of a day's outing, bringing with them their luncheon and disporting themselves in the water to their heart's content.
