Frazier, 92, formerly of Wesley Village Retirement Community, Pittston, Luzerne County, Folts Home, Herkimer, N.Y., 'and Syracuse, N.Y., died Wednesday, March 14, in Lehigh Center, Lower Macungie Township. She was the wife of the late Rev. Carlton J.

Frazier. She was a French teacher at West Genesee Junior High School, Camillus, N.Y., for 14 years. She also served the Methodist Church with her husband in communities in northern and central New York. A 1930 graduate of Willamette University, Salem, she pursued graduate studies at Northwestern University, Evanston, 111. She also completed summer studies, including a program of the University of Mississippi, and attended a French-speaking pension in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Born in Enterprise, she was a daughter of the late James O. and Olive K. (Krogh) Beecher. She was a member of Church of Christ Uniting, Kingston, Luzerne County. She was a former member of Erwin United Methodist Church, Syracuse, and its Ruth Circle.

Survivors: Daughters, MarySue Malvezzi of Emmaus, Nancy L. Kopcha of Waterford, N.Y., Ann Robertson of Norcross, son, George B. of Phoenix, N.Y.; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren. Memorial services: To be announced by J.S. Burkholder Funeral Home, Allentown.

Lillie B. McLane Lillie B. McLane, 87, formerly of Phillipsburg, died Tuesday, March 13, in Gracedale, Upper Nazareth Township. She was the wife of the late Zettler L. McLane.

She was a machine operator for 16 years for Sobel Metal, formerly in West Easton, before retiring in 1962. Born in Red Springs, N.C., she was a daughter of the late Sam and Alberta (Lucas) Jones. Born in Emmaus, she was a daughter of the late Edwin B. and Luella (Arndt) Sterner. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Slatington. She was also a member of the Slatington chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star; the Slatington Hose Company 1 auxiliary and the Allen Commandery auxiliary, Allentown.

Woodbridge Ruth N. Woodbridge, 84, formerly of Eldridge Avenue, Palmer Township, died Tuesday, March 13, in Easton Hospital. She was the wife of the late George S. Woodbridge. She worked for Mitchell Office Equipment, Easton, for many years before retiring.

Previously, she was employed by Stokes Engineering and C.K. Williams, Easton, for several years. Born in Easton, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Sarah Kemmerer. She was a member and choir member of Christ Lutheran Church, Easton. She was a former volunteer at Easton Area Public Library.

Mary R. Rice, 87, of Bethlehem, died Wednesday, March 14, in her home. She was the wife of Albert J. Rice, who died in 1996, and the late Frank A. Strand.

She was a seamstress for her first hus band at Frank A. Strand, Tailor and Furrier, Shenandoah, Schuylkill County, for 40 years until the early 1970s. Born in Shenandoah, she was a daughter of the late John and Alexandra (Swierczewski) Grutsky. She was a member of the Polish Ladies Social Club, Moose Auxiliary and a volunteer for the Democratic Party, all in Shenandoah. Survivors: Daughter, Geraldine M.

"Tim" Fehnel, 60, of Whitehall Township, died Wednesday, March 14, in his home. He was the husband of Linda L. (Petrash) Fehnel. They were married for 40 years in December. He was a laborer in the waste management department of Friskies, formerly ALPO Pet Foods, South Whitehall Township, for the last 39 years.

Bom in Cherryville, he was a son of Florence M. (Williams) Schwartz of Northampton, and the late Leon S. Fehnel. He was a deacon of the First Presbyterian Church of Hokendau-qua. He was an Army veteran.

Joseph P. Aguiar Joseph P. Aguiar, 36, of 1322 Linden Allentown, died Tuesday, March 13, in St. Luke's Hospital, Allentown Campus. He was the husband of Theresa (Wolfe) Aguiar.

They were married for 11 years last month. Born in Newark, N.J., he was a son of Joseph Aguiar of East Brunswick, N.J., and Patricia (Wagi) Aguiar of Whiting, N.J. He was a Navy veteran. Before marriage, he studied for the priesthood in Italy. Born in Lawrence, he was a son of the late Umberto and Martha Palmieri. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Allentown. Bailey Winfield R. Bailey, 64, of Jonas, died Tuesday, March 13, in his home. He was the husband of the late Rosella M. (Craig) Bailey. He owned and operated Jersey Coin and Stamp Exchange, Hazlet, N.J., for more than 10 years.

He served in the Army for 20 years, including the Korean War, and was discharged with the rank of sergeant. Born in Long Branch, N.J., he was a son of the late Winfield and Miriam (Lee) Bailey.
