It is 'planned that the Mon Valley' MOTC will soon be a member club of the national organization, which is known as the National Organization of the Mothers of Twins Clubs, with the national office being located in Toledo, Ohio.

Termed, "The world's most exclusive club where God chooses the members," it is only open to mothers and legal guardians of twins and triplets. The purpose of the club is to exchange and promote ideas for and about twins and triplets and to provide a source of information and assistance to their mothers.
