He was raised on the Morgan family farm in Pigeon, Ml. He served in the U.S. Army and afterwards moved to Chicago IL.

where he met Mary Alice Carrigan. They were married in 1951 and had 5 children. Mary Alice passed away in 1987. He developed many business interests including electrical contracting, real estate, and construction companies. Her love of travel, shared with her husband, Paul, led her to places near and far. Some of her most precious moments, however, were spent with her grandchildren caring for them when they were younger, and then attending sporting events and recitals, as well as shopping for treasures, as they grew. He started at the old South Water Market and then moved to the International Produce Market until he finally retired from that business at the ripe young age of 91 An avid businessman he was passionate about his endeavors in both the stock market and real estate investments, remaining actively involved in those until his death. Mike loved his work and had a tremendous love of life. He was a man's man with many close friends who shared a good cigar over a card game and great conversations on the golf cart waiting to tee up. One of his great passions was for horses. He learned to ride while in the military during WW II where he served as a sergeant and then later in life he transferred that passion in his role as a race horse owner.

One of his horses. Flag Officer, ran in the Kentucky Derby the year Seattle Slew won the triple crown. A devoted family man to his own children and his stepchildren through his second marriage. He was affectionately known as Pa Pa Mike to all. Mike was not only lucky in business, he was fortunate to have the love of his life, Patricia Seery Navilio, to share all these experiences for forty years until her passing in April of this year.

He traveled all over the world with his wife.family and friends with a special place in his heart for Las Vegas. Survived by his three sons Daniel, James and Francis, his daughter Patricia, his two step daughters, Robyn Anderson and Wendy Segall, his son-in-laws, Michael Lavender, Christian Anderson and Stuart Segall, and his ten grandchildren starting with the eldest Michael then Cory, Morgan, Charles, George, Monica, Madeline, Grant, Chase and Dylan, and great grandchild Leo. Dorothy (Dottie) Josephine Alice Sinciro passed peacefully on October 18, 2016 at the age of 82. Dottie was a 44 year resident of Bolingbrook and passed from complications from cancer. Born in the city of Chicago on July 12, 1934. Born to the parents of Mary and John Gruca she is survived by her sons Tommy and Dino Sinciro, her granddaughter Chyenne Sinciro, her sister Patricia Suczulak and many loving cousins. Dottie lived life with a vivacious, robust, caring and giving attitude! She touched many people in so many wonderful ways.

Whether it was giving coupons to a total stranger in a checkout line to passing our water to the sanitation man on a hot summer day, her demeanor was always making other people happy. She was recognized for her dedication of over 25 years to Walmart where her attitude, dedication and tenacious work ethic earned her many promotions and acknowledgements. She was a accomplished and adventurous cook enthusiastic event host to many wonderful friends and an exceptionally loving mother and inspiration to her family. Even towards her end she found a way to continue giving by donating her body to science in an effort to make a difference in someone else's life. She was a friend, a mother and an incredible inspiration to her family! She will be missed dearly but never forgotten! In typical Dottie fashion she didn't want people mourning over her passing but rejoicing in her spirit.
