Forrest N. Kistler Sr, 75, of Allentown, died Jan. 14 in ManorCare Health Services, Salisbury Township. Frances Shelly, 81, of Perkasie, died Jan. 15 in Naples Community Hospital, Collier County, Fla. as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was the wife of Willard S. Shelly, who died Jan.

8. Born in Springfield, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Wilbur F. and Clara M. (Smith) Jones. She was a member of St.

Stephen's United Church of Christ, Perkasie. She was a Navy veteran of World War II, serving as a nurse in the South Pacific. She was a former volunteer for the American Red Cross. Survivors: Son, Willard F. of Solebury Township, Bucks County; daughters, Karen L.

FENSTERMAKER Geraldine J. Fenstermaker, 68, of Ackermanville, died Jan. 14 in Easton Hospital. She was married to Maynard F. Fenstermaker for 46 years last April.

She was a sewing machine operator for Hocberg Mill Dress Nazareth, and also did domestic work. Born in Stockertown, she was a daughter of the late Nathan and Bessie (Weiant) Heller. Tl ft Allentown, died Jan. 15 in St Luke's Hospital, Allentown Campus. He was the husband of the late Bertha (Weaver) DeLong. He was a guard for Lehigh County Prison for 25 years until retiring 1983. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Paul and Eva M.

Ferrara, 82, of Summit Hill, previously of Sellersville, died Jan. 12 in his home. He was a woodworker for John Kneolls Son, New Britain, Bucks County, for more than 14 years before retiring in 1981. Born in Cheppato, Italy, he was a son of the late Annunzio B. and Jemma (Pompei) Ferrara.

He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Forrest Lodge Veterans of Foreign Wars Post, Sellersville. Survivors: Sons, Louis C. Stoneback of Tamaqua, Barry Moser of Quakertown, Kenneth Moser in Mississippi; daughters, Cleora M. Ferrara of Sioux City, Iowa, Marlene D. MAGDALENA SZABO TOTH Magdalena Szabo Toth, 94, of Bethlehem, died Jan. 15 in St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill. She was the wife of the late Sandor Toth and John Szabo. She and her husband man aged the Sandor Toth Shoe Repair Shop, Bethlehem.

Previ ously, she worked for Laros Silk Mills as a spreader and was a clerk for the former Young Folks Bazaar clothing store, both of Bethlehem. Born in Nagy Varad, Aus tria-Hungary, now known as Oradea, Romania, she was a daughter of the late Gabor and Angela (Elek) Szime. She was a member ot it. bhn Capistrano Catholic Church, Bethlehem. She was co-leader of the a Brownie Troop at Donegal School in the 1930s and was active in the Donegal and Washington schools' PTAs, both of Bethlehem.

She was an adopted grandmother" of the Governor Wolf School, Bethle hem, through the 1990s and was active with the Democrat ic Party, 5th Ward, in the 1940s and 1950s. MARIE MAHOLICK Marie Maholick, 87, of Hometown Nursing Center, Tamaqua, formerly of Tama qua and Coaldale, died Jan. 14 in St. Luke's Miners Memorial Medical Center, Coaldale. She was the wife of the late Alex Maholick. She was a seamstress in New York City, Philadelphia and several local garment factories.

Born in New York City, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Eva (Manko) Hubych. She was a member of St, Mary's Russian Orthodox Church, Coaldale. Survivors: Brother, Harry of DeSoto, Texas; nephews. Services: 10 a.m. Saturday in the church.

Broad Bethlehem, PA E. a Grace Malloy, 90, of Eas ton, formerly of Pittsburgh, died Jan. 14 in Old Orchard Health Center, Easton. She was the wife of the late John Malloy. She was a program coordi- nator for the Neighborhood Youth Corps and assistant to the director of the city Depart- ment of Public Safety, both of Pittsburgh.

Born in Butler, she was daughter of the late James and Mary (Cypher) Madden. Survivors: Daughters, Kath leen, Gael and Erin, all in New York, Nora Oswald of Catasau qua; five grandchildren. ESTHER STEIN Esther L. Stein, 72, of Moun tain View Apartments, Slating- ton, died Jan. 15 in Palmerton Hospital. She was the wife of the late Charles C. Stein.

She was an assembly line worker for the former Key stone Lamp Factory, Slating-ton, for 15 years. Born Palmerton, she was a daughter of the late Nathan and Sarah (Miller) Serfass. WIEN Harold B. "Ben" Wien, 77, of Topton, formerly of College-ville, Montgomery County, died Jan. 14 in the Lutheran Home, Topton. He was the husband of the late Frances (Dreslin) Wien. He was a bartender for the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Trapp, Montgomery County, before retiring.

Previously, he was co-owner of a pizza shop, Cassville, and before that was employed by Fairless Hills Steel Bucks County. Born in Royersford, Montgomery County, he was a son of the late Benjamin W. and Mary (Bechtel) Wien. He was a Protestant. Survivors: Sons, John J.

DONALD j. CUSTER Donald J. Custer, 53, of 2215 Rowland Lane, Coopersburg, died Jan. 15 in St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill.

He was married to Donna E. (Weick-er) Custer for 29 years in October. He was chief of maintenance for Dow Jones, Trenton, N.J. Born in Allentown, he was a son of Evelyn J. (Heintzel- man) Custer of Revere and the late Ralph G.

Custer. He was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ-Pleasant Valley, Quakertown. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of Edward H. Ackerman American Legion Post 397 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3094, both of Hellertown. He was a member of the Professional Aviation Maintenance Association and a life member of the National Rifle Association.

Rapp, who died in 1996. He retired in 1974 from Lehigh Valley Railroad, Easton, and also was a cabinet maker and carpenter. Born in Easton, he was a son of the late Ralph and Hil- da (Mattes) Hommer. He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Easton.

He was an Army veteran of World War II, serving in the 310th Engineer Battalion, 85th Infantry Division, in North Africa and Italy. He was a life member of Liberty Hose Company and Order of Fleas, both of Easton. He was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, Roseto, and a 3rd degree Knight of Columbus ot Father DeNisco Council 3852. He was a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and the Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants. She was a member of First United Church of Christ, Pal merton, where she volunteered for the kitchen staff and the annual bazaar. She was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.
