PAGE TWO PT.YTHKVn,!,!?; (ARK.) COURIER NEWS FRIDAY, MAY 9, 1952 s^y&jtf^w-* Our artist is not experimenting with his brush! There is a profound difference between these two days ,< MOTHER'S Day—with the accent on Mother—is the •econd Sunday in May, when we honor Motherhood, and expressourdeep affection for Mother. Mother'sDAY—with the accent on Day—is every day of the year. It is Mother's unending labor of love. It is Monday's wash and Tuesday's ironing, the meals to be cooked and the beds to be made, the bruises to be healed and the prayers to be heard. And at the close of her DAY, Mother has prayers of her own—for her little-ones, -her husband and herself. God is answering many of those prayers through the Church. With its effective program of religious education and worship the Church can supply the spiritual needs in Mother's DAY ... and in your DAY also! ^/tZSiS&& *™**r ....
