Robert Ver Mulm, 18, Rock Valley; Johanna Vonk, 17, Rock Valley. Eldon Raymond Ruden, 21, Le Mars; Mildred Mary (List, 17, Alton. The last will and testament of Tunis Jnnsma, late of Hull, was field for probate. April 25 is the day set for a hearing on the will.

Dorothy M. Johnson was appointed administratrix of the estate of Herman Johnson, late of Reading township. Bond was fixed in the amount of $500. The last will and testament of Ulbe Eringa, late of Orange City, was filed for probate. May 1 at 10 a.

Plaintiff states that he sold his interest in real estate in Hall, Iowa, together with three other persons to Bernard Plazier for $7500 and that it will be necessary to get the release of dower interest of Nellie Vander Meer in that property and that someone should be appointed to sign the necessary release of her dower interest. In the estate of Christina Sybesma, David Sybesma was named in decedent's will with Clarence Sybesma, to act as executor but declined to act. Clarence Sybesma was appointed sole executor. The estate of John Peuse, was closed. The final report of William Peuse was approved and he was discharged and bond released.

The fifth report of Edward De Jager and Ring De Jager, guardians of Andries De Jager, was approved by the court. Guardians' report leasing a residence property in Orange City to George Leeuw for $27 per month and that the farm was rented to Ben Hanema- aj-er for $338. The final report of Carl M. Homan, administrator of the estate of Mary Homan, was approved by the court and he was discharged and estate closed and his bond was released. Ralph H.

Scott was arrested by Sheriff Harry Dykstra and appeared before Justice of the Peace H. Bastemeyer of Orange City on the charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. He was bound over to the grand jury and furnished a $500 bond for his release. The estate of Antone Dekkers, late of Hawarden, was valued at about $29,287.92 according to the executor's report. In the estate of Frank Holies, the executor, G. 3. Slobe, reports the sale of a residence property of decedent to August Luken for $1,335 and a restaurant property of Arthur G.

Holies for $1300. The sales were approved by the court. In the guardianship of Gerrit Wandscheer, the guardian, Joseph Wandscheer, made application to sell 80 acres of the ward's real estate. The court set April 7 at 10 a. m.

as the day for' a hearing on the application. The guardianship of John Rem- merde is closed. The court approved the final report of T. E. Klay, the guardian and he was discharged.

A. H. Nolan of Madison, S. was here last Friday visiting in the home of his sister, Mrs. Roy Nelson.

Francy Gregg left Saturday for New York City to spend Easter with friends. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Bergdale and Lorna of Sioux Falls spent the week end here with her par- mts, Mr. and Mrs.

Mrs. Erma Burkhart has accepted a position as bookkeeper for the company in Hawarden. Mrs. M. J.

McNally went to Ida ove today to visit in the home of her daughter, Mrs. John White. Michael Mansfield of Des Moines came Wednesday to visit with his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George Madigan.
