It is very necessary at this time that school children, especially those of our High 'Schools, be instructed in i the reasons for prohibition and the necessity for law observance. There-' fore, have a program of at least one hour and invite the public. Have appropriate songs, readings, and a forceful talk by some one interested in prohibition and law observance.
