Lieutenant Davis was designated as first pilot on a B-34 bomber. A 1939 graduate of Hattlesburg" High school, Lieutenant Davis was a member of the senior class In the school of business administration at Mississippi Stata college when he was inducted In February, 1943. He has trained at Miami, Nashville, Maxwell Field, Decatur, and Seymour. His mother attended the graduation exercises and will accompany her son and daughter-in-law, the former Gloria Straub of Wiggins, to Fort Knox, Ky, today to visit L.
