HR REYKJAVIK, Iceland (AP) The Icelandic Chess Federation rejected a list of 13 demands from Bobby Fischer today, raising the possibility of a new hitch in the world chess championship match. Fischer and Boris Spassky, the Soviet world champion, were scheduled to play their fifth game today. The score is now 2-14 in Spassky's favor, the'toufth match Tuesday aaving ended in a draw. Gudmundur Thorarinsson, president of the host federation, said Fischer delivered his list of new demands Wednesday night. He said they had "not been met." Thorarinsson said the American challenger, who is a late riser, was still asleep and had not been told of the refusal.
