Mason of 41 Evergreen Terrace, Uniontown is announcing the engagement of her daughter, Catherine Luman to Barry Rosensteel, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Rosensteel of Greensburg. Miss Mason, daughter of the late Dr. William S.

Mason, is director of social service at Uniontown Hospital. Mr. Rosensteel is associated with Allied Asphalt Co. of Trafford. An early spring wedding is planned.

MEETING Friendship Class of Central Christian Church will meet Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at the home of Mrs. Betty Spellmah. LEAGUE HOSTS AWARDS PARTY-Tri-State Bridge League hosted an awards party at the Uniontown Country Club. Series winners were presented their awards following a dinner.

Bridge League Awards Party The Tri-State Bridge League hosted the annual awards party at the Uniontown Country Club. Following the banquet winners in the various series were awarded gift certificates: James Robinson i James Williams; Year Cup Series, Mrs.

Hugh Johns; Debra Martin Is Engaged Mr. and Mrs. Fred C. Martin of Carmichaels are announcing the engagement of their Debra Lynn to James Diamond, son of Clyde Diamond, Rices Landing and the late Mrs. Diamond.

The couple graduated from Carmichaels Area Senior High School in 1968. The bride elect is employed with the First National Bank of Carmichaels. Her fiance is associated with the Jones and Laughlln Steel Shannopin Mine in Bobtown. Wedding plans have not been revealed. Graduation Patricia Ann Noble was graduated recently 11 A I I California State College with a I- ri pn I bachelor of science degree in elementary education.

Mrs. Noble will begin teaching fourth grade in Prince George County Schools, Oxon Hill, Md. Her husband is an industrial arts teacher in Alexandria, Va. She is the former Patricia Ann Arnold, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.

Jesse Arnold of New Salem. DEBRA L. MARTIN BPW MEET New Salem Business and Professional Women's Club will meet Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in the New Salem Presbyterian Church. Louise chairman of the world affairs committee, is program chairman.

Barbara Jean Herlznell, daughter of Mrs. Barbara Herznell of Connellsville and the late John Hertznell is engaged to Gerald-S. Gallagher, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Gallagher of Connellsville.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Connellsville Area High School and is employed by Graft Oil Co. in Connellsville as a bookkeeper. Mr. Gallagher is a graduate of Dunbar Twp. High School and is employed by Penn Lines Inc.

The wedding will take place in the fall. Club Meet Regular monthly meeting of Catholic Mother's Club of Oliver 1 will be held today at the Trinitarian Sisters' Home on Pennsylvania Uniontown. Earl P. Confer officiated al the 2:30 p.m. service. The bridegroom's brother, Allen Springer, in the absence of the bride's parents, gave her in marriage. She wore a floor length white satin gown covered with white Swiss lace giving the front panel a coat effect.

The sleeves were long and three satin roses with seed pearl trimmed the empire waistline. White net and satin orange blossoms with ivy held her veil of tulle and she carried a cascade of white carnations and red roses. Ann Springer, sister of the bridegroom was maid of honor. Flower girls were Deborah Springer, Uniontown and Cheryl Ann Springer, Cleveland, Ohio, nieces of the bridegroom. Harold L.

Springer, Cleveland, Ohio was best man for his brother. Garden Club To Convene Members of the Hopwood Garden Club will meet Tuesday night at 7 o'clock in the Hopwood United Methodist Church. There will be installation of new officers with Vera Hess in charge. Speaker is Wade Mahoney. His subject will be "House Dues will be payable at this meeting.

Meet Called Regular meeting of the Shakespeare Club will be held Tuesday, Jan. 27 at 8 p.m. at the home of Jane Gorton, Fayette Bank Apt. llth floor. Members are asked to note the change in meeting place.

She was formerly employed as a laboratory technician in the Blaupunkt a in Germany. The bridegroom graduated from Uniontown Area High School with the class of 1963 and was employed with World Publishing Co. in Cleveland, Ohio. He served with the U. S.
