DRS. BANNING MILESA SK to announce tha they may be consulted gratuitously at the Sherman House, where they have taken a suit of private parlore. relative to the use of BANNING' BODE BRACE for the auxiliary reli fut weakness of the vocal, palmonary, digestive, female, spinal and nervous system, la the case of both gentlemen and ladies, but particularly in the cases of weakness and spinal deformities so commonito children, ladies, and sedentary gentlemen in this climate. The common sense principle ou which these apparently discopnected affectio a are relieved by the Brace, is 1st-That they consist in mechanical displace ment, and not in a primarily seased condition of the internal organs, caused by a bad pos ure and a weak ness of the surrounding muscles, which should preserve them supported and in place explaining why. medicine has not relieved this class of weaknesses 2dly, That that support which most effectually and naturally restores the lost upward beating of parts, removes the cauce and relieves the symptoms, andplaces a quietus upon the irritating lufluences which intercept the natural effect of medicine.

3dly, That this the ace accomplishes in a manner wholly imitative of, and concordant with, the natural actions of the body first; by firmly supporting the Joins or weak part of the back, pushing it forward under the shoulder, thereby ballancing the latter upon the body's axis. 2dly, By lifting but pot sing the sunken abdomen, thereby taking undue weight from the vessels of the lower extremities, and organs of the lower body and also remeving dragging from the parts above, thereby netually ex panding the waist and chest, and strengthening the whole body by the consequent upward and outward bracing of the supported organs; that an seton principle entire different from ol' corsets and shoulder braces, removing all desire for, or propriety in their use.
