The local grand jury will apparently return no indictments in connection with the investigation, but transcripts of testimony taken from witnesses will be forwarded to grand juries in Bexar and Travis Counties for use in investigations there. The grand jury here yesterday returned 31 indictments involving criminal cases, 13 of which cliarged felony driving while toxicated offenses.
