Former State Aide Dies Duncan C. McCallum, who scrv- ed as personal secretary to Uo Pennsylvania governors, died al tils home in Lccchburg on Sun. day al the age of 74. A resident of (his Armstrong communily for the past 65 years he had been active in local' county and State Republican circles since before World War I and was well known to Republican leaders in this area. He served as secretary to Republican Governors Gifford Pinchot and John S.
