treaty were made by Senate Reputll cana today while the Administration leaders were taking counsel among their divided colleagues as to what should be the final Democratic eland en ratification The Republcan determination to brine the question to a conclusion was announced on the Senate floor by the party leader Senator Lodge who aid that while today and tomorrow had bean allotted to
