Latimer and Captain Robert Fletcher I Een with this undertaking Latimer finds plentj of time just now for his own plans and work He must have been selected because he is one of the most Industrious of all the artists and comee in the classification of ihe busiest men who are the best economists of time and are alwas chosen by the ise ones hen something good Is to be faithful done Captain Fletcher will make a splendid working mate Latimer like all other artists Is un der the Harrison spell He Is grateful for and profiting bj his suggestions and criticism Harrison word for him was that If he could get In oil the atmos there he brought out In water colors he would have accomplished something not et done As one means to this end Harrison suggsted the erj coarse canvas On this Latimer has Just done a brook scene with most artistic results He is ompo lng other things and awaiting his brush for a large redwood sene Is a ranvas as rough as a sail He is fascinate 1 with the new texture and
