would pay no attention to ahy direction or request concerllng them Later Baird desired to borrow 25600 from hie mother giving his foijty shares as security but the trust company declined to take cognizance iof the assignment Baird has now brought suit through his attorney Charles Heggerty to terminate the trust The suit is brought in the name of his wife Riith Jackson Baird anrli himself against the Union Trust Company the Baird Estate and Veronica Baird his mothier It recites the creation of the trust aind the refusal of the trust company to recognize any transfer of the shares of stock in the Baird Estate It also states that Baird now desires to bbr row 25000 from his mother to pay ioff his Indebtedness to the Germanla Trust Company and wishes to gjve the stock as security Miles Baird and his older brothier David Baird have both attracted a good deal of public attention through their escapades They are sons of a millionaire who died some yekrs ago and have bcth been on the huntfor ways to expend their fathers millions ever since coming qr age Miles seryed in the Philippines in the Fourteenth Regular Infantry and attracted some notice by saving a comrade frbm
