Sweet Rolls (From America's Cook Book Two cups milk (scalded 2 teaspoons salt, J2 cup sugar, 4 cup shortening. 1 to 2 cakes compressed yeast, 1 egg (well beaten) and 7 cups sifted flour (abouti. egg yolks, beaten until thick and lemon colored, 4 egg whites, stiffly beaten.

Add chocolate to milk and heat in double boiler. When chocolate is melted, beat with rotary egg beater until blended. Combine sugar, flour and salt, add email amount of chocolate mixture, stirring unt.l smooth; return to double boiler ar.d cook until thickened, stirring constantly, then continue cooking 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add butter and vanilla, cool slightly whila beating eggs. Add egg yolks bv Tnix well.

Condition Free from decay and disease, fresh, no broken stems, good attractive exhibitive and marketable condition, free from dirt, dry or dead leaves, and protruding rootlets.
