Windsor Bcon Thursday January 21, 1982-Pfl 17 Police beat Municipal court Police re investigating two possibly related incidents in Windsor Village. In one incident. William Rex-ford. 18 Tulip Court, reported Tuesday that someone stole a tool case and electrical testing equipment with a total value of $825 from pcrsom looking inside vehicles parked in the 100 block of Sunflower Drive. The suspects reportedly had been inside one vehicle and had attempted to enter others.

Nothing was taken from the vehicles. The suspects were gone when an officer arrived on the scene. his car while it was parked at his home overnight. Police say one of the electrical items was found nearby and was returned to Retford. The other incident, first-degree criminal trespassing, was reported shortly before 1 a.m.

Jaa.17 Officers saw a pickup driving in circles on the grass at Windsor City Park. Vehicle left the area as an officer attempted to contact the driver; the vehicle eluded officers.

VJ Officer found a red three-speed boy's bicycle on First Street between Chestnut Street and Garden Drive; it was taken to the police department. John Wilcox. Windsor, was arrested on a Fort Collins warrant charging him with writing checks with insufficient funds. Man reported a sutpicidus women looking under cars at the Kennedy Chevrolet lot in the 200 block of Fourth Street. Woman was gone when officer arrived, and no damage was found.

Jan. 19 Report of persons trying to get inside vehicles in the area of the 100 block of Sunflower Drive; officer was unable to locate suspects. Man reported items worth S82S were stolen from his vehicle parked in the 0 block of Tulip Court. Jul 13 John Rlyan, Fort Collins, was arrested on a warrant charging him with failing to appear in court on a traffic citation. Traffic accident at Sixth and Main Streets.

Vehicles of Joyce Waag, Pierce, and Andrea Iind, Windsor, collided. Iind was cited for method of turning. Jaul4. Officer found a boy lying in the road in the 700 block of Oak Street. The boy said he had fallen from his bike, but was okay; officer contacted bis parents.
