greatly to be regretted that Kytka Is dead He had made an Intensive study of Black Hand cases these letter having been furnished him on many occasions by th Stat as well as the Federal authorities Bnt all the evidence that Kytka had Is now In the possession of this offlc We worked hard and long on ths correlated case Although we did not develop them to th point of making arrests I have no apologies to offer What I want to say la that stand ready now to co operate with ny authorised Investigation of th Greenwood case and to give all assistance In ourpowei When the Federal Investigation of the
