But faced subsequently with a challenge from NBC focused on affiliate WLUK in Green Bay, Wis. SF Broadcasting said it was restructuring the joint venture's financing, delaying the sales of -all four stations. NBC is continuing to press the Federal Communications Commission to reject the purchase of WLUK, according to the Daily Variety.

But KHON President and General Manager Mike Rosenberg said SF Broadcasting will refile its plans with the FCC this week. "The sale probably will not be consummated until late April or early June," he said.
