After a Jan. 5 incident in which two children were tossed from their parents' arms during turbulence, the National Transportation Safety Board has renewed efforts to require restraints.

Last October, the Federal Aviation Administration issued a new regulation that airlines must allow parents to use safety seats but seats are not mandatory. Looking at Mars as "The Next Frontier," the show examines the possibility of launching a Mars mission from Space Station Freedom, when it's built; or setting up a moon base as a first step in reaching Mars. Some scientists believe the vast amounts of money needed would be better spent sending robotic spacecraft to the Red Planet.
