Chemical Enrine Company and a Hook and Ladder Company The Webers and Eureku have for some time uked the elty to bny their steam engines and horses and recently notified tbe city that If the Coon ell did not purchase them they would draw ont of the department the expenae of baying horses wu heavy and engines were depreciating in value Tbey offered to sell for half cost and wait till July 1888 for
