granddaughters Delsa and Mary Kent 968 Third avenue Salt Lake City Monday after two-month illness Mrs Baggs was born in Hull Yorkshire England July 3 1857 a daughter of Thomas and Asenath Swaby She came to Salt Lake City at the of 20 She was married to Andrew Baggs March 13 1880 and they settled on a farm on the site of the present Wasatch Lawn Memorial park In 1882 Mrs Baggs and her husband were called to St Johns Ariz to carry on missionary work for the church After seven years the couple moved to Ogden After the death of her husband in 1918 she returned to Salt Lake City where she made her home with her" daughter Mrs William Kent After the death of Mr and Mrs Kent she reared their four girls to womanhood Surviving Mrs Baggs are four sons and daughters Mrs Emily White of Smithfield
