CITY July 28 (AP) Leon Ray Williams 2 accidentally shot in the head by his father was reported recovering today The father fired a rifle at a rat and the bullet ricocheted off the floor tore through the boy's bed struck him in the head and lodged in his brain The accident occurred July 14 and for several days the child was in critical condition But recently his fever dropped he regained consciousness and physicians said he apparently was recovering "I feel that no harm will come from the bullet being in the brain" the physician said "To remove the bullet we would have to cut through
