apparently from the use of yellow fever vaccine The secretary revealed there had been 62 deaths a ratio of one in 461 cases He added that has been a change in the form of yellow fever vaccine now used Presnell 81 widow of Daniel Foster Presnell died Thursday evening in a local hospital following a long illness of infirmities incident to age She was born July 11 1861 In Perkins Taylor county Iowa a daughter of Edmund Andrew and Louisa Vellers McCleary Freeman and received her education in Missouri and Kansas where the family had lived She was married to Mr Presnell on August 6 1877 in Winthrop Mo The greater part of their married life was spent in Atchison Brown and Leavenworth counties in Kansas prior to coming to Salt Lake City in 1911 which was their home until 1914 when they moved to Carey Idaho where Mr Presnell was engaged in farming He died in Carey in 1917 and soon after that Mrs Presnell moved to Ogden Her home Is at 1415 Jefferson She was a member of the Seventh ward and took an active part in all departments of church work until illness prevented She was also a member of the Townsend club Surviving are four sons and five daughters: David Presnell Ogden Lon A Presnell
