to train in the full-time naval cadet instruction program They came from San Luis Obispo Calif where 'they took three flight preparatory training All are from the western states Ten intermediate students are scheduled to arrive Friday according to Anderson coordinator The 50 students who arrived at the school several weeks ago have all soloed and are expected to graduate June 11 The 50 who arrived today will graduate about July 10 Twenty-two of the expected 32 planes for use in the training program are now at Robert Hinckley airport and two more were expected to arrive today CAP Pilots Harold Spencer and Clarence King went to Prescott Ariz to fly them here Courses of instruction and instructors for the college program are: Aerology Murphy communication Cozzens CAR Neville aircraft amendment to the school constitution was carried by a vote of 416 to 153 The primary election was conducted in true political style with voting carried on in 12 precincts within the school Five judges presided at each precinct and all voting was strictly secret The final election will take place May 19 SEVEN ESCAPE CRASH INJURIES Driver Held Following Truck-Car Collision In Uintah Seven persons almost miraculously escaped injury early today at the intersection of highway 89 and 30-S in Uintah but a registered Holstein bull belonging to the Utah state industrial school did not fare so well improper passing According to the officer Christensen who was traveling south toward Hill field crashed his car into the truck carrying the animal as the driver Anton Marinus Jensen of Greeley Colo was making a left turn to go up Weber canyon The impact turned the cattle truck over causing the animal to sustain skin abrasions and resulting in approximately $500 damage to the machines the
