Frank Owen Mills 38 of 339 Seventeenth a Union Pacific conductor died today at six a at the family home after a heart attack He was born June 6 1904 to James and Elizabeth Frazier Mills in Evan-Y ston Lloyd Bushnell He married Doris Seegar who died in 1932 In 1937 he married Blanch Amelia Bradley in Twin Falls Idaho He had been working in Ogden since April Surviving are his widow: two sons Dan Dee
