She was preceded in death by grandparents, Frank and Victoria Abnet. Jessica will be remembered for her vivacious smile and unlimited energy. Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Onalaska.

Father Tony Wolf will officiate. Burial will be at Onalaska City Cemetery. Visitation: Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the church, where a prayer service will be held at 7 p.m., and again on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of the services.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Jessica Abnet Memorial Fund. Schumacher-Kish Funeral Home, Onalaska, is serving the family. The Reporter Fond du Lac, Wis. March 21, 2001 Richard Richard L. Richter, 72, of Slinger, passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2001, at his home.

He was born Feb. 7, 1929, in Milwaukee, to Arthur O. and Cathryn Wahlig Richter. He married Irene Muellenbach on Aug. 6, 1955.

He graduated from Washington High School in Milwaukee with a major in science. He had an absolute love for physics. Richard was the co-captain of the swim team and president of the camera club. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Madison. Richard served his country as a courier in the United States Army in Korea.

He received the Korean Service Medal and United Nations Service Medal. Richard and Irene met while working at the Chalet on the Lake, Donges Bay Road, Mequon, where they had many fond memories. They resided for the last 38 years in Cedar Lake Hills, Slinger. He and built the home that they lived in. He was a dealer with Clark Oil Gas Station, 677 E.

Sumner Hartford, for 23 years until his retirement. Prior to this, Richard was a salesman for Kenron Awning and Window Corporation of Milwaukee. In honor of spring, Haentze Floral handed out flowers to every patient at St. Agnes Hospital and Hospice Hope on Tuesday and to businesses and individuals in the community. Services: A memorial service will be held at noon Saturday, March 24, at Shimon Funeral Home, 824 Union St. (Highway 83), Hartford. Interment will be at St. Peter's Cemetery, Slinger. Visitation: Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10 a.m.

She was born on March 12, 1977, in Fond du Lac, to Lester and Shirley Sauer Simon. She married Frank M.

Abnet on Aug. 19, 2000, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Onalaska. Jessica attended St. Matthew's Grade School in Campbellsport and was a member of St.

Matthew's C.Y.O. where she performed in numerous C.Y.O. plays. She was a member of the Campbellsport 4-H Club for 10 years, the Fond du Lac County 4-H Ambassadors and Junior Leaders Organization where she held numerous office positions. She graduated from Campbellsport High School in 1995 and graduated from Viterbo College in La Crosse on May 14, 2000, with a double major in business management and human resources.

She was currently employed by Festival Foods. Jessica is survived by her husband, Frank of Green Bay, her parents, Lester and Shirley Sauer Simon of Campbellsport; three brothers, Michael and Jeffrey of Campbellsport and Thomas of West Bend; a sister, Lisa of Campbellsport; her grandparents, Linus and Florence Simon of Campbellsport and Clarence and Martha Sauer of St. Kilian, her aunts and uncles, Rev. John Simon of Reeseville, James Simon of Campbellsport, Dale and Shelly Simon of Fond du Lac, Ken and Lauri Simon of Aldine Aldine Hillery, 91, of 819 Wilcox Waupun, died peacefully at her home on Tuesday, March 13, 2001. Services: Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m.

Friday, March 23, at Waupun United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Doris Hanson officiating. Visitation: Visitation will be held in the new narthex of the church from 2 p.m. Friday until Loaves and Fishes will serve a meal at 5:30 p.m. today at Salvation Army.

David Swift, 46 of Fond du Lac, died Tuesday, March 20, at Hospice Home of Hope. Arrangements are pending with Twohig Funeral Home in Fond du Lac. NEENAH(AP) A 16-year-old boy threatened to bring a gun to Neenah High School, had a map of the school and kept newspaper articles on the Columbine High School shooting in Colorado, police say. The boy was charged Monday in Winnebago County Circuit Court with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and bail jumping. At the time of his arrest, the boy was free on a $500 cash bond pn an unrelated charge of criminal damage to property.

He had been ordered into adult on that charge. Court Commissioner Dan iel Bissett set the boy's new bond at $5,000 cash and ordered him to have no contact with Neenah High School. According to the criminal complaint, police arrested the boy Sunday after a student if 1 reported to police on Saturday that the 16-year-old had threatened to kill him in a hallway at the high school late last week, authorities said. Two girls also said the boy told them he was "tired of the crap" at school and was considering bringing a gun to school on Monday, the complaint said. A 16-year-old girl told police that last week she heard the boy say that one of these days he was going to lose it and shoot up the entire school, the complaint said.

The boy said he was a gang member and had easy access to guns, the complaint said. Investigators searched the boy's bedroom at his mother's home and found newspaper clippings from the Columbine shooting nearly two years ago and a floor plan of Neenah High School, police said.
