A 1990 graduate of St. Mary's Springs High School and a 1994 University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire graduate, the future bride is the daughter of Jeffrey and Carol Broecker of Fond du Lac.

Her fiance, son of Barry and Beth Eckert, Cherry Valley, 111., is a 1993 Jefferson High School and 1995 Rock Valley College graduate. She is employed as an instructional assistant with the Fond du Lac School District. Her parents are Raymond and Grace Day. Willey is the son of Robert and the late Elizabeth Sue Willey.
