He was born September 3, 1916 in Wentworth, NC and had been a resident of this area since 1989 moving here from West Palm Beach, FL. Brown was born in and had Lawrenceburg, lived all Tennessee, Tennessee until moving to Florida in 1999. She is preceded in death by her parents, George David Kilgo Mollie Lee Arwood Kilgo; eight of her siblings and their spouses, Wesley, Dwight, Cyral, Lanas, Bernal, Bernice, Willie, and Aubra; and infant daughter, Judath Louise Brown. Mrs. Brown is survived by her two children, John Timothye Brown and Bernice Paulette Brown (Bruce) Ferguson; a sister, Mollie Christine Mickle; three grandchildren, Paula Fulford, Kendall Ferguson, and Bruce F. Ferguson, seven great grandsons, and of nienephews, relatives and friends.

Mrs. Brown was a devoted mother, family member and friend. She loved Jesus and served Him diligently doing all she could to further His Kingdom. She was active through the years ministering to hurting people especially in the last 35 years. After she lost her voice she wrote cards and letters to friends, family and people in need.

She cherished her friends and family. She was a prolific writer specializing in spiritual poetry. Funeral Services for Mrs. Brown will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, January 22, 2007 at the Hickory Hammock Baptist Church with Rev. Carl Gallops, Rev.

December 14, 1916. She her husband while serving meds a WAC during World War II. After the war she became a dedicated teacher who loved teaching Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry. Her legacy is one of enjoying simple pleasures in life and raising her family. He was born in Watertown, NY, to Jacob E. and Vera R.

(Lortie) Chrysler. He is the last known survivor of his immediate family. Like sO from "Our Greatest Generation" he answered the call of his country. joined the US Navy in 1941. He fought in WWII and in the Korean War.

His duty kept him in the South Pacific. He served aboard USS Constitution, the USS Missouri, and at Pearl Harbor. He was honorably discharged at Pensacola, NAS and lived here rest of his life. He went to work for American Cyanamid and retired after 30 years. He was faithful to Church and to God as long.

as his health would allow. was a charter member of Bible Baptist Church and Charity Baptist Church. He was ordained into the ministry in 1963. Bill never pastored but he ministered to many. Helping Bible students was one of his favorite things.

Pastors and missionaries around the world have been helped, encouraged and blessed by his kindness and generosity. He leaves behind the Stefanko family; Michael and Tammie and sons Zachary and Jacob. Although no relation, he was "Dad" to Mike, and he was Zak and Jake. Charlotte attended the University of Illinois and Northwestern University where in sports and academic activities. Later she worked as a Catalina swimsuit model and was a singer in the Miss Chicago Trio; recording a number of albums. In 1940 she married John C.

Edwards and moved to Miami, FL. Two children followedJeannie and John, Jr. Soon after, the family relocated to Pensacola where Charlotte's marriage ended. She raised her children and continued her studies at she received her Bachelor's Degree in 1957. For the next 35 years Charlotte enjoyed her time as a PHS and PJC teacher.

Besides her family, and many friends, the love her life was dancing. troshe, an Arthur Murray winner, traveling to many out of state contests. She will always be remembered for her warm and generous hospitality. She shared her home over the years with more than 30 university students, flight students and family, many of whom stayed in touch until the end. She was truly a great and refined lady; a very rare and special person.

She is survived by her daughter, Jeannie Fabbiani; son, Michael Edwards; grandchildren, Michael, Anthony, Christina and David Fabbiani, Caroline (Jon) VanZandt and Maggie Ory; greatgrandchildren, Natalie, Olivia, Anthony, Lane, Lili, Nike and Jack. Washington High School class of 1952, a retiree of Monsanto and the University of West Florida. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Army and a committed activist of the community. He was preceded in death by his mother stepfather, Hattie Cleo Williams; grandmother grandfather, Bertha James Rodgers. Mrs. Hanna was born May 28, 1917 in Andalusia, Covington County, AL.

She was employed during the 1940s with the War Department (Army Air Force), McClellan Field, Sacramento, CA and in 1950s, she was with Chemstrand Corp of Pensacola. She was a member of Eastern Star and Warrington Elks Lodge 2108. Mrs. Hanna, being a Christian lady, was loving and caring to her family and friends. Preceded in death is her husband, George D.

Hanna and a son, Charles Litton Tranum. Survivors include her sons and their wives, Oliver Ted and Earlene Kersey of Casper, WY, Bobby Fred and Jean Kersey of Pensacola; daughter, Peggy Kersey Allen of Dallas, TX and a daughter-in-law, Shirley Tranum; 9 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 2, greatgreat grandchildren and many nieces and nephews; a brother, Virgil Dillard of Andalusia, AL; sisters, Allene Hataway of Sigmund B. Schoenberger June 28, 1923 July 5, 2006 Six months have passed, and I am now able to write some words in tribute to the passing of a true Southern Gentleman. He was finally able to close his eyes on the morning after July 4th, Independence day, no longer facing another day of uncomfortable and debilitating existence. We shared years of marriage.

He nurtured our family and made each of us feel special. He sent all six children through college. We shared the tragedy of the loss of our first son (no 4 in the lineage), when he died at age 18 in an automobile accident. He set an example of courtesy and kindness which lives on today. He is sorely missed.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jack; parents, Sam and Byrdie Raines; 7 sisters and 5 brothers. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was also a member of the Eastern Star and of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 33. Joe was born on November 6, 1919, the eldest of children, to Manuela and Santa Maria Hinojosa in Yorktown, Texas. Joe's childhood was spent in Corpus Christi, Texas where his family settled in the early 1920s. Ancestor, Vincente Hinojosa, at one time owned the property that is currently known as the King Ranch. Joe served in the Army at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma as a Corporal, Battery, Second Field Artillery Battalion.

After earning, an Honorable Discharge from the service, Joe resumed his career as an aircraft mechanic for Naval Air Reworks Facility (NARF) at the Naval base in Corpus Christi, Texas. After its closure in 1959, he his young family to Pensacola, Florida, sight unseen, to continue his career at NARF, Pensacola NAS. Leaving his parents and siblings in Texas was difficult, but Joe wanted to provide every opportunity he could for his family. Joe retired in 1977, but he literally never slowed down. Once quite the runner, his sons-in-law had trouble keeping up with him on Pensacola Junior College's track.

Gardening was another of Joe's passions, especially growing poppies. Joe's Mexican-born, farming parents instilled in him a strong work ethic and an appreciation for education. Two of Joe's proudest days were when his daughters graduated from college. When Joe wasn't turning a five-minute repair into an afternoon project (the item would never need repair again), he enjoyed visiting friends at Cordova Mall, Sam's, Taco Bell, Whataburger (founded in Corpus Christi), Krispy Kreme, and Albertson's. Joe had a quick wit accompanied by a twinkle in his eye.

He never met a stranger, and cherished friends all levels of life. During his initial hospice interview after his brain Dignity "JOE" FLORES HINOJOSA 1919-2007 "Joe" Flores Hinojosa died Wednesday, January 17, cancer was discovered, he asked for brochures for a friend suffering from cancer as well. He was loyal to the end. Joe preceded in death by his parents. Surviving are six siblings Ramona, Hortensia "Tensie" Dan, Mary, Carlos, and Richard; daughters Celeste (Rick) Whisenant of Gulf Breeze and Brenda (Steve) Marshall of Winter Park, Florida; grandchildren Holiday Whisenant, Brittain Marshall, and Marina Marshall; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Also surviving is former wife, Marina Hinojosa, Joe's first and last love, who remained his friend until his dying day. Visitation will be held from p.m., Sunday, January 21, 2007 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel, Pensacola, with services held on Monday, January 22, 2007 at 12:00 Noon, also at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery, NAS, Pensacola. Pallbearers will be Joe's sonsin-law; grandson; nephew, Armando Hinojosa; and family friends, C.D. Terrell and Bob James.

The family would like to thank the kind and supportive Carpenter's Creek Community Senior Living Facility. Covenant Hospice provided much needed care and assistance from the very beginning of Joe's short illness. Joe's final days at Covenant Hospice at West Florida Hospital were filled with comfort and love. The ministering of Reverend Gary West of First Christian Church, Pensacola, to Joe in his last moments is of special comfort. Mr. Jones was born November 30, 1914 in Enterprise, AL. He was the son of the late Henry and Allie Austin Jones.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII. During his earlier years, he was a well known radio personality in Pensacola, FL. He was a gifted musician, and his favorite instruments were the violin, harp and guitar. His many hobbies included Lake Eufaula fishing.

He once built his own fishing boat. He is survived by his wife, Doris H. Jones of Eufaula, AL; four daughters, Wynnell I (Ronald Shows of Rock Hill, SC, Sylvia (Carroll) Martin of St. Simons Island, GA, Wanda Hayes of Pensacola, FL and Cynthia Taylor of Eufaula, AL; two sons, Derrell W. Jones of Pasadena, TX and Luther Earl Jones of Pensacola, FL; his granddaughter, Angie Taylor, who he raised as one of his daughters and a special grandson, Luke Hutto, his namesake; 12 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; five and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 22, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Chapman Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation is one hour prior to the service. Chaplain Tommy Poole will officiate, and burial will follow in Fort Mitchell National Cemetery at 12:30 p.m. with Chapman Funeral Home of Eufaula directing.

She was born in Molino, FL and lived most of in Molino and Pensacola. She spent the last several years in Panama City, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, E.W.

Thomas Blair Nerger, age 75. of Pensacola, left this earth January 19, 2007, in Pensacola following a long illness. He was born April 27, 1931 in Oak Park, IL. He served in the Air Force during the Korean War in Okinawa, Japan as an aircraft mechanic and later at MacDill AFB, Tampa as a survival instructor teaching pilots to swim. It was in Tampa where Tom met and married Barbara Gold in October 1953.

After his discharge from the Air Force he and Barbara moved to Vegas, NV. They left Las Vegas, moving to Pensacola where, in with his family, openealong, first McDonald's Restaurant in Pensacola. When he retired in 1986 they owned 7 restaurants. During the time he owned and operated McDonald's he, along with fellow owner operators, was innald McDonald in Penstrumental in having, the Rosacola built. He, along with his family and business, supported many other local charities.

Tom belonged to the Masons, Scottish Rite, and Hadji Temple of the Shrine where he stood on street corners during their annual paper sale for many years. He also rode in the motorcycle escort and the mini bikes. He loved to fly and owned his own plane for several years. He enjoyed scuba diving, fishing, and traveling with Barbara in their motorhome. But the thing he loved most was spending time with his family who will miss him very much.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years Barbara, a son Charles Nerger of Tampa, Daughters Debby Cooper (Dennis) Sandi Mullen (David) of Cantonment, Candie Nerger of Pensacola, Grandson Duane Mullen (Jacqueline) of Fayetteville, GA, and Granddaughters Amanda Mullen Bart Clark) of Pensacola, Emilie and Elizabeth Cooper of Cantonment, step sister Nancy Brandz (Richard) of Las Vegas, Aunt Jess Sharkey of Diamond Springs, CA, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, family friend Carol Corbin of Pensacola, as well as many close friends. Barbara would like to especially thank John Milner and the nurses of the Hospice House for their warm care and support of Tom.
