Curtis Albert Schram, 91, a resident of Rolling Meadows Nursing Home, and formerly of Route 1, Eldorado, died Tuesday, Aug. 9, 1988, at the home. He was born Dec. 7, 1896, in Glidden, to Andrew and Theresa Schram. On Nov.

25, 1922, he married Rose Drecksler in Phillips. Mr. Schram farmed in Fond du Lac County for 50 years. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Church, Woodhull, and the American Legion Post where served as past commander and a past member of the firing squad.

He was a veteran of World War I. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Rose Steers and her husband Walter of Fox Lake, and Betty Mumm and her husband John of Milwaukee; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Agnes Chekel of California, and Betty Ryan of Fox Lake. Preceding him in death were 10 brothers and sisters. services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Twohig Funeral Home, Fond du Lac, and at 11 a.m.

at St. John the Baptist Church, Woodhull. The Rev. Robert McCormick will officiate. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.

Friends may call Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home where a rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Mr. Hoerth Benjamin Hoerth, 80, of Hartford, died Tuesday, Aug. 9, 1988, at Hartford Memorial Hospital.

He was born Aug. 7, 1908, in Fond du Lac, to August and Therese Koch Hoerth. On Oct. 27, 1934, he married Esther Wiegert. Mr.

Hoerth farmed until 1956 when he moved to Hartford, where he was employed with International Stamping until retiring in 1973. Survivors include two sons, Sylvester and his wife, Erla of Neosho, and Eugene and his wife Patricia of Hartford; one daughter, Jeannette Grunewald and her husband Gerald of Green Bay; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother Victor and his wife Barbara of Fond du Lac; six sisters, Antonia Schuessler Green Bay, Lucille Swick of Crivitz, Laura Zingsheim and her husband Felix of Lomira, Lillian Stenz and her husband Victor of Oakfield, Bernice Dill and her husband Robert of Kiel, and Rena Powers of Mayville. Preceding him in death were three sisters and two brothers. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 8 p.m. at Berndt Funeral Home, Hartford.

The Rev. Edward Freese will officiate. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Hartford. may call Thursday from 5 p.m. to the hour of services at the funeral home.

Radio, candy taken A two-way radio and candy, worth $920, was taken in a burglary at A to Vending, 83 W. Harbor- view Drive. Manager Mary Lou England reported to police that someone entered several trucks parked at the company between 2 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 a.m. Monday.

The intruder cut a padlock on a gate to the fenced-in parking area. He took the radio and candy from some trucks and removed the grillwork from a van. Some $450 was reported stolen from Chris J. Libby's residence at N. Boardman St.

The thief may have entered the home Mrs. Rose Theresa Curtis, 56, of 521 Main Brownsville, and formerly of Green Lake, died Tuesday, Aug. 9, 1988, at her home. She was born Feb. 5, 1932, to William and Clara Timmer.

Mrs. Curtis was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, Green Lake. Survivors include one daughter, Lisa Curtis of Eau Claire; six sons, Robert, serving in the US Coast Guard, and his wife Jane of Kodiak, Alaska, Bradley of the USMC and his wife Teri of Laguna Hills, Chris of the USMC at San Diego, Douglas and his wife Brenda of and William and Joseph, both of Brownsville; three grandchildren; one brother, Richard Timmer of Clinton, Iowa; and five sisters, Delores Eisenbeis, Jenny Schutzle, Clara and Rita Timmer, and Mary Behr, all of Clinton, Iowa. Funeral services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, Green Lake.

The Rev. Leo Joyce will officiate. Interment will be in Clinto Memorial Park, Clinton, Iowa. Friends may call Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon, where a rosary will be held at 7 p.m.

7 Mrs. Lovejoy Mrs. Dorothy Lovejoy, 82, of 318 E. Brown Waupun, and formerly of Oakfield, died Tuesday, Aug. 9, 1988, at Waupun Memorial Hospital.

She born March 6, 1906, in Fond du Lac, a daughter of George and Anna Ziegler Wazenick. On Oct. 2, 1928, she married Albert J. "Bert" Lovejoy at St. James Catholic Church, Oakfield.

Mrs. Lovejoy was a graduate of Oakfield High School and was a librarian for the Oakfield Library for many years. She and her husband resided in Oakfield all their married life where she was a member of St. James Catholic Church and served as past president of the church's Altar Society. She was also a member of St.

Joseph's Catholic Church, Waupun. Survivors include two daughters, Elizabeth Brenner and her husband Donald of Denver, and Mary Vande Zande and her husband Howard of Waupun; five grandchildren; and two greatgrandchildren. Preceding her in death were her husband on April 28,1982, and one granddaughter. Funeral services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at St.

James Catholic Church, Oakfield. The Rev. Arthur Young will officiate. Entombment will be at Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum, Calvary Cemetery, Fond du Lac. Friends may call Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m.

Gerald D. Matusek, an area real estate agent, is charged with two counts of failure to provide a copy of a lease, one count of failure to disclose deductions for prior tenants' security deposit, and one count of rental of condemned premises. Matusek is also charged with eight counts of failure to disclose housing code violations at his three multi-unit buildings in Oshkosh. Neumann and Matusek were notified in 1986 of their housing violations, but failed to make the necessary' corrections and continued to rent the properties. Complaints were issued in Winnebago County Circuit Court under Chapter 134, Wisconsin Administrative Code.

Tuesday, Wheeler finished third in the second known competition, but scored high enough to still hang on to first place overall. In known competitions, pilots fly a series of identical, pre-determined formations. Wheeler's 1,805.301 points in the second known competition, which was delayed four hours by fog and rain, gave him 83.6 percent of the total possible points just 1.4 percentage points below winner Bill Finigan, who compiled 1,836.585 points for 85 percent. Finigan, of Annapolis, was in 11th place after the first known competition.
