Snowmobile bill passes In an effort to clarify existing statutes concerning the carryover of snowmobile aids, the state Legislature has passed and Gov. Lee S. Dreyfus has signed into law Assembly Bill 889. Spring is here. But keep it quiet: we don't want to jinx things and have Mother Nature send a snowstorm down onus.
