For the week of April 8-14, CBS averaged 11.7 million viewers, NBC had 11.1 million viewers, ABC had 7.5 million, Fox 6.6 million, the WB 3.6 million, UPN 3.4 million and Pax TV 1.2 million. ASSOCIATED PRESS NEW YORK Led by its Thursday night lineup of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and Survivor, CBS topped NBC in last week's ratings race. The Oscar-winning actress's latest project, the romantic adventure movie Beyond Borders, begins filming in northern Thailand today.

Jolie plays a woman who falls in love with a doctor who travels to Cambodia, Chechnya and Ethiopia to help warvictims. In real life, Jolie serves as a goodwill ambassador for the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees and has visited relief camps in Cambodia, Pakistan and Africa. She and husband Billy Bob Thornton recently adopted a Cambodian infant. Lloyd Phillips, the movie's co-producer, said Wednesday 42 to 5 weeks of shooting in Thailand will wrap up the main filming for the movie, which began production in December.

Previous filming was done in Namibia, standing in for Ethiopia, and Montreal, standing in for London and Chechnya. The film's Thai locations will represent Cambodia, where an extended humanitarian crisis took place throughout the 1980s as the country struggled to recover from the devastating rule of the communist Khmer Rouge. Phillips told The Associated Press that a Cambodian relief camp has been re-created north of Chiang Mai, Thailand's second-largest city. He also said he expects the film to be released around Christmas this year. Martin Campbell, who made Vertical Limit and The Mask ofZorro, is the film's director, and Jolie's love interest is being played by Clive Owen, most recently seen in Gosford Park.
