Located at 1240 Ala Moana Boulevard, the six-story, re-inf orced-concrete building was designed by Vladimir Ossipoff, who worked with I.B.M. architects on the project. Giving the exterior a homogeneous, honeycomb effect will be a sun screen built on four sides of the building.
