Stage Si6r of 'Anne Frank To Plav Ballerina in 'Debut' -Ti i -i ii; KHVH-TVAIso On Channel 12 KHVH TV, Channel 4 in Honolulu, will be broadcasting also from Channel 12 on Maui starting this week end. The Maui station, KMVI- TV, changed network affiliation recently; it was formerly KOtfA-TV's (Channel 2 here) "satellite" station. r. young American and her mother's desire to see her become a great prima ballerina.
