Miller to Discard Judge System In Murphy Bout Tuesday Attractive Batch. of. Preliminaries Arranged to Round Off Great Fight Card. BY FUZZY WOODRUFF. Walk Miller.

Impresario of the blood battle between Frankle Murphy and Johnny Celmars. to be. held at the Auditorium Tuesday night is keeping a dark secret. He has de termined that this match it' a grudge one. too don't doubt that is to be decided by a referee There 11 be no judges He knows who the referee will be.

but. not even the fighters have been informed who the. third man in the. ring- is until he shucks' his coat and gives them his. instructions.

"I'm doing this. said Miller yesterday to make sure there isn't any element of crookedness about this scrap. i know toar mere is a lot of money bet on this fight. know that when there's a. lot of money bet and somebody has to make a decision that there'll al ways heplenty of people who'll' try to play a sure thing.

Wont Get Chance. Well they wont get any chance this time They wont even know who to go to even If they had a chance to do an thing with him. I have made both. fighters agree to' accept any referee I select. The man I have in mind is competent.

He knows the rules and he has the nerve to call any infractions If Murphy starts butting or Celmars- gets to using his rough stuff as they did last time they battled. Its not going to go far. The' referee knows enough to know how to make them be good. But let no man doubt that this is going to be. a battle.

Celmars has been snorting ever since. he has been in Atlanta Murphy's eyes have been flashing fire seer since he hit town and found that Celmars was in ahead of Mm. Each of them declares- he is going to stop the' other. I wouldn't be surprised if both of them aren right. Murphy Broke Hand.

Murph Always will believe that he would have stopped Celrs on their previous meting had he not broken his right hand in one of the early rounds. Celmas always will believe that he had Murphy practically out on his feet three or four times during that same engagement. He honestly believes ho can complete the Job this time- Miller has an attractive set of preliminaries to round out the. card. A feature bout' of the warm-up at fairs wilt be a six-rounder' between Harvey McCraney and Dave Mackey two heavyweights.

who have been developing around tlanta for tome months. They will make their first profess onal appearance. One is a steel worker. while the other is a railroad fireman. They.

are both husky specimens. Miller has had the tutelage of. one and Billy Lotz of the other. Billy Lob sends his crack south- paw' Frankie Smith out on a tough assignment In another six-rounder when he matches him to meet Rabbit Palmer. The bout should be full of action.

Joe Carter the hard hitting string bean makes a reappearance against K. Wells a newcomer. In a six- round affair. while pcwee Burns will try conclusions with Young the protege of. Professor Evans of the University School.
