Andrews. a prominent business man of Chattanooga. Tenn was the principal speaker and he discussed the economic situation. with special reference to the probable future developments. He was optimistic In his address.

The principal trouble. he said. was lack of credit with which to make exports. and he expressed the belief that the American banks and the American administration of Mr. Harding- will find a rational way of financing exports.

He believed that such a solution would soon be achieved. and that business depression would quickly pass away from that moment. This evening the visiting delegates will be the guests of the local association of merchants and manufacturers of the Southeastern Automobile show. In the Auditorium. Friday will be the last day of the convention.
