Ga. November' a. Special. The University football team beat Savannah this afternoon In one of the prettiest games ever played on the Savannah gridiron by a score of 22 to O. More than 1000 spectators were on the grounds when the men lined up.

The Athenians came In with their good interferences and effective strategy at the start and within five minutes a touchdown was scored Fleming carrying the call over lhe line. Butler tailed to kick a goal and tour points were all that Athena scared In this hall. Butler carried the ball across the line- towards the end of the half but the flay WWI not allowed on account of a foul. The Columbia boys will keep the handsome silver trophy for another year winning by scoring 24 and shutting Ute- college boys out. The game was very rough and four men were carried from the field.
