Curry, 2304 McCiure, Irving, announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Tommye Lou Curry, to John Oxford Sartain, 1722 Cherry Street, Grand Prairie, son of Mr. and Mrs.

John J. Sartain, of Coleman, Texas. The wedding is planned for June 13 in the Plymouth Park Methodist Church in Irving. The bride-to-be is a 1953 graduate of Irving High School and is employed by Lone Star Gas Company in Dallas. The future groom is a 1956 graduate of Texas Tech, where his fra ceraity was Si gm a Alpha Epsilon.

He is currently ployed as assistant director of finance for' the City of' Prairie, and is a in ember of the Grand Prairie vraais Club and of the Arlington Saddle Club.
