Annual Spring Concert Planned Columbus Wednesday Night Miss Kathleen Stashek Wed Saturday to Donald Hasenohrl (Fey Studio, Wis. Rapids) Mrs. Donald W. Hasenohrl Anniversary Is Observed Here Mr. and Mrs.

Quintin Eberhardy, route 5, celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary Saturday with a High Mass of thanksgiving at 10 o'clock in the morning at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Hewitt, said by the Rev. John B. Eberhardy of Cross Plains, a brother of the honoree. Brunch and dinner were served at the Eagles Club for friends and relatives.

A three-tiered cake decorated appropriately for the occasion centered the table for the dinner. Guests attending from out of town were: The Rev. J. B. Eberhardy, Cross Plains; Mr.

and Mrs. Anton Bienick, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Tehako, Mr. and Mrs.

Anton Surek and Bernard Kuna, all of Rib Lake. Mr. and Mrs. William Pendergast, Medford; Mr. and Mrs.

Alois Hoffmann, Stevens Point; Mr. and Mrs. Orville Wetterau and Mr. and Mrs. Leander Schaefer, Stratford; Mr.

and Mrs. Leo Zellner, Milladore; Mr. and Mrs. James Kollross, Arpin. Many relatives and friends were in attendance from Marshfield and surrounding areas.

The honored couple, whose wedding day occurred on May 9, 1936, were pleasantly surprised by members of the Mara-Wood Homemakers and their husbands Sunday evening at the Eberhardy home. Cyril Stashek of Wisconsin Rapids, and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hasenohrl, route 5, Marshfield. Mr. Stashek presented his daughter in marriage.

Her gown was styled of ivory-colored satin with sweetheart neckline and flared floor-length skirt with soft pleated back. The long sleeved jacket was made of white imported French Chantilly lace. A crown of seed pearls held the finger-tip illusion veil and her colonial bouquet of white carnations, pink sweetheart roses and white stephanotis was accented with Jace and satin bows. Mrs. Douglas Brandt of Wisconsin Rapids was the bride's matron of honor.

Mrs. David Deitchman, Marshfield, was bridesmaid. Both attendants wore ballerina-length gowns of satin with rounded necklines, cap sleeves and of tulle and satin peplums and matching crowns of sequins and pearls. The matron of honor's dress was in pink and she carried pink and white carnations. The bridesmaid's was in blue and she carried blue and white carnations.

Attending the groom were Douglas Brandt of Wisconsin Rapids, and David Deitchman, Marshfield. Edwrd Stashek of Milladore, and Duane Kohlbeck, Marshfield, ushered. Flowers, a bouquet of blue and white carnations, which were placed on the Blessed Virgin altar by the newly -married couple as the choir sang, "On This Day Beautiful Mother," were brought to the bride by Mary Beth Hasenohrl of Marshfield. Dinner and supper were served in the St. Wenceslaus' Catholic Church parlors at Milladore to about 200 guests and a reception and dance were held at the (Land Ballroom.

The bride is a graduate of Assumption High School at Wisconsin Rapids and of St. Joseph's Hospital School of Nursing and has been employed at St. Joseph's Hospital here. The groom, a graduate of Marshfield Senior High School. is employed by the Marshfield Fire Department, After May 29, on returning from a honeymoon to Washington, D.

m. Saturday, May 13, at the Norway Mrs. Glenn E. Eggert Grove Lutheran Church of De Forest. Following the reception, the couple left for Quonset Point, R.

where they are residing. Mr. Eggert will be stationed at the Naval Air Station in Quonset Point. Mr. and Mrs.

Walter E. Nelson, De Forest, are the parents of the bride and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Eggert, Medford. The bride chose a gown of white mousseline de soie over taffeta with appliques of seed pearls and Alencon lace, a floor-length skirt and a chapel train.

A crown white roses and lily-of-the-valley held her illusion fingertip veil and her flowers were white orchids and lilies. Miss Kathleen Nelson was maid of honor and the bridesmaid was Miss Marilyn Eggert. Their gowns of blue silk organza over taffeta had scoop necklines and puffed sleeves. They had blue veiled hats and carried white and blue carnations on matching blue fans. Douglas Eggert was best man and James Roeber, Wausau, acted as groomsman.

David Roal, Mauston, and James Nelson, Hancock, ushered. The bride attended the University of Wisconsin and has been a surgical technician for the past year in Pensacola, and Corpus Christi, Tex. Mr. Eggert attended the University of Wisconsin then entered the Navy's aviation program. The bride, given in marriage by her father during the doublering service, was gowned in a white chapel-length frock of Swiss embroidery on tulle worn over net and satin. On the program, for which there will be a nominal admission fee, will be some of the outstanding numbers included in the state music festival at Madison May 6. Weddings Swenson-Schroeder The Rev. Theodore Sauer officiated at the wedding of Mrs. Dolores M. Schroeder and Russell E. Swenson, both of Oshkosh, on Saturday, May 13, at 4 p.m.

Miss Marilyn Sauer sang "The Lord's Prayer" with Otto Schenk furnishing the organ music before and during the ceremony. Pink gladioli and blue carnation arrangements decorated the church altar as the bride appeared before it dressed in a blue-embroidered-taffeta dress with a blue satin cummerbund and bow. The dress was chapel-length and complemented by a nylon hat of blue petals and veiling. She carried an arrangement of pink cymbium orchids and pink roses. The bridal attendant, Mrs.

Frederick R. Wolff of Oshkosh, as matron of honor was attired in a pink embroidered-taffeta dress with a pink taffeta cummerbund and bow and carried a bouquet of blue carnations. She wore a pink-flowered hat with veiling. Donald Swenson of Marshfield, was the groom's attendant. Robert W.

Rutzlaff and Quinten Swenson, both of Oshkosh, ushered wedding guests at the church. Wedding events were a dinner at 6 o'clock in the church parlors followed by an evening reception at Acee-Ducee Hall. Mrs. Swenson has been employed by the C. A.

Neuburger Company, Oshkosh, and is a graduate of the Oshkosh High School. Her husband is employed by the er Concrete Company in Oshkosh where they will make their home at 103 W. 16th Ave. He attended schools in Marshfield. Officers of the Marshfield Business and Professional Woman's Club were installed last night at a meeting held at the Hotel Charles.

Mrs. Athleen Smith was installing officer for the following: Miss Elnora Roland, president; Mrs. Ella Esser, first vice president; Miss Clarice Zinthefer, second vice president; Mrs. Ella Saindon, recording secretary; Miss Selma Bartmann, corresponding secretary; Mrs. Donald Hintz, treasurer; and Mrs.

Laura Anderson and Miss Kay Kraus, directors for two years. For the installation ceremony, the club's prayer and flowers were utilized 1 instead of the customary candles. The finance committee was in charge of last night's session, the committee including Mrs. Beverly Witte, chairman, Mrs. Donald Hintz and Miss Vivian Roehl.

Decorations on the dinner table included bouquets of purple boganvelia and rose and orchid sweet peas. College Alumni Attend Class Reunion Banquet At Rapids Bible and her headpiece was a crystal crown with fingertip veil. The dinner was served in St. Mary's Hall; the reception was held at the Colby City Hall and that evening there was a dance at the Dorchester Memorial Hall. The bride, a 1954 graduate of Colby High School, formerly was employed by the Allen-Bradley Milwaukee. Her 1 husband, a 1953 Colby High School graduate, is a service station attendant.

The newlyweds will reside on route 2, Colby. Honored at the banquet, which was held in the school's gymnasium, was the class of 1911 of which Mrs. Garth Whittingham, 314 W. Fifth and Mrs.

Harvey Pleckham, 216 W. 11th were among the graduates numbering 37 in all. Of this class celebrating its 50th anniversary, ten are deceased. and letters were received and read from several others. At time of the graduation of this class, the school was known as the Wood County Normal.

Friendships were renewed during the evening between the classmates, some not having seen each other during the 50-year period. Mrs. Ray Gropp, route 3, and Mrs. Mike See, 405 Drake were members of the class of 1936 celebrating its 25th anniversary. This class was the first to be graduated from the two-year course at the school.

Festivities for the reunion gettogether started at 2 o'clock in the afternoon with the banquet being served at 6 o'clock by this year's graduating class. After a prayer sung by the entire group, Mrs. William Butler, toastmistress, gave the welcome, which was followed by the men's quartet Bob Campbell, Robert Steinbach, Gordon Stargardt and Einar Peterson singing several selections, June Hoff gave the toast to mothers and Mrs. Otto Henning the toast to the daughters. Group singing was followed by songs by the four and five-year-old girls, whose Sunday School teachers are Miss Mildred Jensen, Mrs. William Zurn and Mrs.

Willard Egeland. A skit, "My Mother Teaches Me." was given by Roxanne Zurn, with Mrs. Donald Hoff giving a reading, "Girls, Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow." Karen Heidi gave the story, "'The Hand theat Rocks the Cradle," which was followed by the numerous presentation of awards by Mrs. William Wenzel. The Luther League skit, headed by Mrs.

Arnold Bluemke, was given by Barbara Bluemke, Susan Reich and Charles Aslakson. Mrs. Russell Lewis gave the mother's prayer and four girls in men's attire concluded the program with the "Old Barbershop Quartet." The closing was "The Lord's Prayer." Committees in charge of the e- vent were Mrs. William Butler, program chairman, assisted by Mrs. Orville Heide, Mrs.

Arnold Bluemke and Mrs. William Wenzel: Mrs. Henry Mueller decorations chairman, aided by Mrs. Don Hoff, Mrs. Richard Bathke and Mrs.

Philmore Pischer; and Mrs. Roy Raape and Mrs. Alfred Page, co-chairmen of Group 4, which did the serving.
