He established his own consulting firm in 1951, and now manages over 200,000 acres of tree farms in southeastern states. The forestry business ac counts for about 150 per cent of total economy the jobs of about 100,000 working ilississippians. Other Contractors submitting bids were C. T. Jones, of Brandon, Mississippi, and Singley's Oil Field and Road Construction Company of Columbia, Mississippi. The project is located in Supervisor W. P.

Harris' district. Engineering supervision will be handled by Mr. H. B. Lester, County Engineer.
