Orozco has five prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area. Orozca is wanted for a $20,000 cash-only probation-revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his HOPE probation.

On Nov. 9, 2011, at approximately 9:35 p.m., the complainant observed a man walking on the side of his home on Heahea Street in Waipahu and confronted him. The man brandished a handgun and threatened the complainant. Police were called; they located the man and identified him as Orozco. He was placed under arrest for first-degree terroristic threatening.
