2THt ANQHtSON HHUUD State Plan or INDIANAPOLIS (AP) The final state plan for subsidizing bankrupt Indiana rail lines was approved Wednesday by the Public Service Commission subject to changes following public hearings early next year Some 718 miles of bankrupt Indiana track was excluded from the ederal Rai) Reorganization plan earlier this year leaving the state to subsidize or abandon it
