Friday. Damage is done: The Kahuku football team has accepted responsibility for damaging its Aloha Stadium locker room following Friday's 27-26 Oahu Prep Bowl loss to St. Louis. A chalk board and one locker were damaged, Eugene Tokuha-ma, stadium events manager confirmed. Neither the school nor the OIA will be charged for repairs, Tokuhama said.

In accepting the responsibility, Kahuku principal Lea Albert said team will do some kind of community service as determined by stadium officials. The LIC is used to destroy the liquid agents and other liquid waste generated as a result of disposal operations. SITUATION The U.S. Army Chemical Demilitarization and Remediation Activity (USACDRA) is requesting a Class II permit modification to the JACADS Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Permit (The original JACADS RCRA permit was issued in August 1985 by EPA Region IX.) This Class II Permit Modification involves 8-inch and 105-mm GB projectiles as waste feeds to the MPF and DFS during the post trial burn period. The modification also involves permitting an additional energetic waste feed stream to the DFS from the processing of 155 mm GB and VX projectiles during the post trial burn period. These wastes are currently permitted under the permit Module VI, incineration. This modification would permit them under Module V.
