El more 79 of 125 Ruby Rd died at 6:30 pm Tuesday April 12 2005 at his residence He had been in ill health for the past two years Born Dec 20 1925 in Attica he was a life resident of Attica and graduated from Attica High School in 1943 He served in the Navy during World War II in both the Euro pean and Pacific Theaters aboard the USS Abnaki: Mr Elmore married Catherine Pycke on December 4 1948 in Williamsport and she survives He worked for National Homes in Lafayette for 15 years He then worked for Bohn Aluminum for 21 years retiring in 1989 a Mr Elmore was a life member of the Veterans of oreign War Post 3318 and the American Legion Post 52 both of Attica He enjoyed gardening carpen try and mushroom hunting Surviving with his wife are three sons Dean Elmore (wife: Linda) of Williamsport Wes El more of Attica and Mark Elmore of owler Phillip Perkins 45 OWLER Phillip Lee Perkins 45 of owler died Mon day April 11 2005 He had resided in owler since 1976 He was born Oct 21 table after being attacked by the Labrador puppy Price supported the account and told police she was home when the incident occurred She later admitted that she was at work and Elder was pri mary caregiver that afternoon Elder in his final statement to police said he had dropped Chloe and shook her several times in an attempt to revive her but never tried to intentionally harm her Doctors say
